The cancellation varies depending on the booking you have made. Before booking, please read the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy you have chosen.
Advanced Purchase-
Bookings must be pre-paid at the time of booking with your credit card.By confirming your reservation you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card.
Changes cannot be made to Advanced Purchase bookings. In the event of cancellation, full or partial refunds are not available.
Non Advanced Purchase-
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3pm on the day prior to your arrival, when you book directly with us.
Should you cancel later than this, or not arrive at all, unfortunately we will have to charge you for one nights accommodation.
A credit card will be required to secure every reservation, and an imprint will be required on arrival. Please note that the credit card used to confirm the booking will be charged 24 hours prior to arrival.

The Imperial Hotel is located in the heart of Cork City Centre at 76 South Mall, Cork, T12 A2YT, Ireland. Situated just moments from the city’s main shopping streets, restaurants, cultural attractions, and business district, the hotel provides an ideal base for both leisure and business guests.
Due to our city centre location, The Imperial Hotel does not operate its own on-site car park and we do not offer valet parking. However, we have a limited number of spaces available at Union Quay Car Park, located just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
To avail of this facility, please park outside the hotel entrance on arrival and check in at reception to receive your parking pass and directions. Guests are welcome to bring their luggage inside, and our porters will be happy to assist with delivery to your room.
The cost is €15.00 per day, valid from 3:00pm on the day of arrival until 12:00pm on the day of departure. Availability is limited and subject to demand.

The Imperial Hotel does not currently offer its own EV charging facilities onsite. However, there are a number of public charging points conveniently located within a short distance in Cork City Centre that you can use. For the most up-to-date availability, we recommend using apps like ESB ecars, Zapmap, Chargemap, or PlugShare before your journey.
The Imperial Hotel is conveniently located just about an 10-15 minute drive (approximately 8 km / 5 miles) from Cork International Airport (ORK).
For transport from the airport, you can take a taxi or rideshare directly to the hotel (around 10 minutes depending on traffic), or use the frequent Bus Éireann services (routes 225 or 226) which connect Cork Airport with Cork city centre — including stops close to the hotel — in roughly 20–25 minutes.
