Celebrate the season with A Taste of Spring Afternoon Tea at The Imperial Hotel. Available from 9th March to 26th April, this limited-time experience brings together vibrant spring flavours and elegant afternoon indulgence.
Enjoy a carefully crafted selection of sweet creations including citrus-bright orange and mascarpone mousse, pineapple, coconut and pistachio gâteau, lemon French fancy and a strawberry & cream chocolate bar, alongside our freshly baked hot cross scone.
The savoury selection features seasonal favourites such as seasoned crab and Ballycotton smoked salmon on homemade soda bread, chicken tikka on brioche, roast red pepper and cream cheese wrap, and Gubbeen chorizo with Gubbeen cheese on focaccia.
Served with a choice of premium teas and freshly brewed coffee, A Taste of Spring Afternoon Tea is the perfect way to welcome the brighter days of the season in the elegant surroundings of The Imperial.
