Goal 5. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.

Bridging the gap.  Committing to a 50/50 proportion of women in managerial positions with equal pay. Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making.

We currently have a 52/48 mix of women to men in managerial roles.   

Work with LGBTI+ committee in Cork. The Imperial Hotel has a long history of commitment to social justice including equality.  We will continue to work with our partners to build public support and promote the expansion of marriage equality and basic human rights.

Champion of workers’ rights. Working alongside SIPTU to evolve and develop our working conditions ensuring they are always in line with modern legislation.
