I am originally from South Africa and living in Ireland for 15 years now. I consider myself an honorary Corkonian at this stage! I work closely with the sales and marketing manager to optimise sales across all of our function rooms from the first enquiry, to hand over to the operations team. Each event experience for our clients is our top priority.
Sales and Hospitality runs firmly in my blood. Having worked every summer in the family events catering company before turning my hand in the high stakes arena of thoroughbred horseracing for seven years in South Africa. On arrival in Ireland in 2004, it was back to my hospitality roots that I returned. Firstly, as a freelance operations and production manager working on V.I.P and large scale corporate events throughout Ireland and then as the events manager for Ballymaloe House marketing and managing primarily weddings.
As one of the newest members of The Imperial Hotel Management team I am looking forward to meeting and developing strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
