My role includes managing a large team of front of house staff, while maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Also, to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. I am also involved in many HR aspects from staff development to recruitment and everything in between. Myself and my team take great pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
I have just completed the Restaurant association of Ireland Management development programme. I am also a qualified health and safety management trainer.
I have always worked in customer facing positions, starting in retail in 2004, where I held the position of store manager for several years. I then moved into the food industry, where I worked in several food outlets such as restaurant manager in the Quay Co-Op and with the Nando’s franchise as staff training and development co-ordinator.
